AlienSkys

Uploaded a new holding page for alienskys.co.uk as I wanted somewhere to play with jQuery. Since finding this library I have been slowly replacing prototype.js with it across all our sites, as it is lighter weight, hosted by google ajax api, and I find it much easier to develop with.

New Projects.

We are currently working on some interesting new internal projects, which have both Laura and myself excited ! More will be revealed in future posts... ;)

jQuery

Been playing with jQuery with an aim to replace prototype.js and script.aculo.us. Now that the minified version of jQuery is hosted on google, we will be using it more in our websites, as we get the benifit of jQuery's smaller size, and google's servers hosting the script for us to improve speed and cache ability.
