All About Us:

FrozenSkys Software

FrozenSkys Web Bird FrozenSkys Software is a small family run web design firm owned by Richard Cooper & Laura Harris. It was set up because they were disenchanted with the quality of affordable Web-Design. Their thinking is that it should be possible to produce high quality, accessible, and useable websites without the charges that large web-development companies ask. It is very easy to create a web presence using modern software however very few of the packages available to end users produce standards compliant sites. FrozenSkys produces sites using JavaScript, CSS, and XHTML, which are designed to degrade useably and elegantly if features are not available to the visitor's browser. This approach provides good looking sites that are also accessible to blind or partially sighted people, and to those using text based or older browsers.
